Our Story
Springline Woodworking is a custom carpentry business, founded by Marvin and Patti Miller.

Influenced by his grandfather and father, who were carpenters, Marvin was drawn to woodworking at an early age. They instilled in him integrity, quality, and dependability as core attributes.
Marvin's career began in residential construction, where the meticulous art of trim work captured his passion for finer details. In 1996, he and his family moved from the U.S. to manage a retreat center in Ontario, Canada, where he volunteered his woodworking skills to benefit the local community. Following his wife's passing, he relocated to British Columbia in 2015 where he continued his craft full time.
Meanwhile, Patti, with a background in nonprofit, hospitality and customer service, moved to BC in 2016. The couple met and married in 2019 and the business took on the name of Springline Woodworking. Now in 2024 the draw of family has brought Marvin & Patti to the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon where Springline Woodworking anticipates a new season of growth!
Distinguished by integrity, attention to detail, and over 45 years of experience, Marvin and Patti's shared passion is to capture their customers' vision and provide beautiful, creative and quality woodworking solutions to home and business owners.
